Joining Our TeamAlly Joe's is the perfect team oppurtunity for teenagers 17 and under. You can actually work on your own street!Let answer the 7 main questions:
How does it work?Basically when you join up your street will be yours. No-one for Ally Joe's, but you will be able to deliver unless you decide to recruit more people to help you. This can be anyone under 17. You then find a local bakery shop and start delivering fresh quality goods to people's houses on a Sunday morning. For every deliver to a house we will give you 75% of the money. The remaining 25% will go into the expanding the business and salaries for people not delivering, such as customer service. Sounds pretty good doesn't it! You can make alot of money, because you get 75% of all sales made and so the more you sell the more you get! The terms of the agreement are:
What would I do?There are only two places avaliable. They are customer service and delivery boy/girl. As a customer service employee you would receive emails from people and aswer them at a flat rate of 10p per email. As a delivery boy/girl, you receive 75% of your sale while the 25% would be put into customer service salaries, expanding the business and other costs (webhosting, advertising, etc). You are basically franchising Ally Joe's ino your own street.
Why should I do it?Well you are getting paid an amount you might dream about if you were in university. University costs alot and so by doing this you can make money to support your parents. Though you can also save the money up to buy things like a car, house or a party! When should I do it?You should not sacrifice school time for this and Ally Joe's will not be made liable to being prosecuted, because of your bad grades. You should receive orders on the week days, give your local bakery your order on Saturday and collect and deliver on Sunday. It requires very little on your part. All orders to your area will be sent to you by email by Customer Service. If you wish to stop receiving orders you must tell us on a Sunday, otherwise you must continue delivering until a Sunday approaches. If you are away on certain days you MUST email us telling us the dates of your trip, so we can send out a newsletter saying which areas will not be delivered to. If you can, in this situation you should give your delivery duties to someone you know in the area.
Who should do it?Anyone who likes selling things to people, making money and negotiating. This is an offer for only under 18 and is part time. If you have another job you might consider this to be better paid and more rewarding.
Where should I do it?On your own street or nearby streets, but you must be able to do your existing street. Before you start expanding you must make sure no other Ally Joe's employee works in that area, then you must either recruit someone to help or try and do it all yourself. If you are interested in this offer, please contact jobs@allyjoes.com The Ally Joe's Team
